In case of the customer's cancellation
- 100% refund if cancelled up to 15 days before the event
- 50% refund if cancelled up to 48 hours before the event (Korea time, UTC+9)
- No refund if cancelled within 48 hours before the event (Korea time, UTC+9)
In case of Jinjja Korea Tours cancellation
- 100% refund. Note that alternative dates for a reschedule will be offered to avoid cancellation.
