• 50% of the total should be paid at the time of reservation, either by bank transfer (at least 1 week before meeting) or Paypal.
• The remaining amount should be paid on or before the day of the experience, in local currency or Paypal.

In case of the customer's cancellation

• Less than 8 day before the service: no refund
• Between 8 and 21 days before the service: 30% refund of the service total amount
• Between 22 and 45 days before the service: 50% refund of the service total amount

In case of the service provider's cancellation

• 100% refund.

Note that alternative dates for a reschedule will be offered to avoid cancellation.
