Haedong Geomdo* (해동검도 海東劍道) is a Korean martial art that uses a Korean sword. It is practiced with codified forms, cutting (paper, bamboo, straw, etc.), breathing exercices, etc. It is also practiced as a competitive sport using foam swords for more fun and safety.

Had the most amaaaazing experience, Seba went above and beyond for me and really made the experience so wonderful and inspiring. Learning the sword dance was absolutely incredible, working with a master, and the archery too was insane!!! I am so happy it was absolutely incredible. Thankyou so much.
