The traditional Korean massage Anma (안마 按摩) is the precursor to Japanese Shiatsu and originates from the traditional Chinese Anmo massage. It is performed without oil and through clothing. The practitioner performs deep tissue manipulation along with joint mobilization and acupressure. This practice is based on energy meridians and aims to eliminate blockages and stimulate the body’s self-healing capabilities. In South Korea, it is practiced exclusively by the visually impaired.

Had the most amaaaazing experience, Seba went above and beyond for me and really made the experience so wonderful and inspiring. Learning the sword dance was absolutely incredible, working with a master, and the archery too was insane!!! I am so happy it was absolutely incredible. Thankyou so much.
